Week-by-week mixing guide for FloraMicro, FloraGro, and FloraBloom in a 3-gallon recirculating DWC reservoir —
sized for the Hey Abby Pro 420.
Germination → first serrated true leaves
Repeat weekly until ~½ final desired height
First 2 weeks after switching to 12/12
Once buds look like white puff-balls, through mid-late flower
Final 1–2 weeks before harvest
Micro first, stir, then Gro, stir, then Bloom. Adding them concentrated and back-to-back can cause nutrient lockout precipitates in the jug.
between the reservoir water line and the net pot/lid. Roots need oxygen exposure, not full submersion — top off with plain pH'd water between full nutrient changes rather than letting the level drop and touch the roots' base.
Standing nutrient water in a warm DWC bucket is where root rot starts — don't just top off indefinitely.
Keep the reservoir under ~70°F if you can — warmer water holds less dissolved oxygen and invites pythium/root rot, especially in an enclosed grow box.
The label is written for soil growers running heavier feed; DWC roots sit in nutrient solution 24/7, so overfeeding hits faster. Start here and increase only if the plant tells you to.
→ increase feed strength gradually. Dark green with downward-curled tips, or burnt leaf edges → reduce strength.
the small trial bottles run out fast once you're feeding 3-gallon changes weekly through flower — plan to reorder full-size bottles once you hit the Transition stage.
Reference only — adjust to what the plant shows you.
